Eric Siegel
Eric Siegel is the Chief Compliance Officer for EMD Serono, Inc. Mr. Siegel joined EMD Serono in April, 2009 and is responsible
for the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s comprehensive compliance program.
Career History
Before joining EMD Serono, Mr. Siegel served as General Counsel for Solstice Neurosciences, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company located in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this capacity, Mr. Siegel had responsibility for all legal and compliance related matters. He also served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Cephalon, Inc., another biopharmaceutical company in the Philadelphia area. In this role, in addition to his compliance responsibilities, Mr. Siegel also managed all litigation, regulatory and employment matters.

Mr. Siegel received his undergraduate degree (BA, magna cum laude 1986) from Franklin and Marshall College; his Masters degree (MBA. 1989) from the Temple University Fox School of Business and Management; and his law degree (JD, cum laude 1992) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
