Before joining EMD Serono, Mr. Moynihan spent six years at Genuity, Inc., in Woburn, MA, and London, England serving as General Counsel for Genuity Europe, as well as various other positions within the company's Legal Department. He started his legal career in private practice at Pettit & Martin/Piper & Marbury in Washington, DC, and Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston.
