Devin Smith
Devin Smith is Vice President and General Counsel of EMD Serono, Inc., where he is responsible for managing the organization's US legal affairs. Previously, Mr. Smith was Associate General Counsel for the Neurodegenerative Diseases and Rheumatology Therapeutic Area. He joined the company in 2006.

Prior to EMD Serono, Mr. Smith worked at Nixon Peabody LLP, an international law firm, from1999-2006. As a partner at Nixon Peabody, he represented emerging and established life science, information technology and manufac-turing businesses. Earlier in his career, he was employed as counsel for NEC Technologies.
