From points NORTHEAST and NORTHWEST:

(From I-495S)

Take Exit 35A to Route3S towards Burlington
Take Exit 26 to Route 62 and left off ramp, going underneath Route 3.
At first of lights, take left onto Crosby Drive.
At end of Crosby Drive, take right onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Approx. ¼ mile, take left at drive to Hampton Inn sign. Continue to end of drive to 45A

(If you pass the Naked Fish Restaurant to your left while on Middlesex Turnpike, you have gone too far.)

From points NORTH:

From I-93 (north of Rte I-495)

Take Exit 44B to Route I-495S towards Lowell.
Follow above directions from I-495S.

From points EAST:

From I-95S (128S)

Take Exit 32A to Route 3N toward Lowell/Nashua
Take Exit 26 to Route 62.
At end of ramp, cross over Route 62 (Burlington Road) through lights onto Crosby Drive.
At end of Crosby Drive, take right onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Approx. ¼ mile, take left to drive at Hampton Inn sign. Continue to end of drive to 45A.

(If you pass the Naked Fish Restaurant to your left while on Middlesex Turnpike, you have gone too far.)

From points SOUTHWEST:

Take I-95N (128N) to Exit 32A to Route 3N toward Lowell/Nashua
Take Exit 26 towards Lowell/Nashua to Route 62.
At end of ramp, cross over Route 62 (Burlington Road) through lights onto Crosby Drive.
At end of Crosby Drive, take right onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Approx. ¼ mile, take left to drive at Hampton Inn sign. Continue to end of drive to 45A.

(If you pass the Naked Fish Restaurant to your left while on Middlesex Turnpike, you have gone too far.)

From points SOUTH and SOUTHEAST:

Take I-93N to Exit 37B onto I-95S (128S) towards Waltham.

Exit 32A to Route 3N toward Lowell/Nashua

Take Exit 26 to Route 62.

At end of ramp, cross over Route 62 (Burlington Road) through lights onto Crosby Drive.
At end of Crosby Drive, take right onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Approx. ¼ mile, take left to drive at Hampton Inn sign. Continue to end of drive to 45A.

From points West:

(From I-90E Massachusetts Turnpike)

Take I-95N (128N) to Exit 32A to Route 3N toward Lowell/Nashua
Take Exit 26 to Route 62.
At end of ramp, cross over Route 62 (Burlington Road) through lights onto Crosby Drive.
At end of Crosby Drive, take right onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Approx. ¼ mile, take left to drive at Hampton Inn sign. Continue to end of drive to 45A.

Upon arrival at EMD Serono, use 45A's visitor parking and register at the reception desk. You must register at 45A's reception desk if you are going to 45B.
