MS LifeLines®
MS LifeLines™ is a free educational and support network for people living with MS and their care partners. The network offers
treatment information, ongoing treatment support, educational seminars, reimbursement information, and a way to connect with
others who are living with multiple sclerosis.
Through MS LifeLines™, people living with MS can benefit from the experience of MS Ambassadors, sponsored by EMD Serono and
Pfizer. MS Ambassadors serve as an inspiration and a valuable resource for multiple sclerosis patients in learning how to
manage their disease and lead fuller lives.
Nurse specialists are another component of MS LifeLines™. They provide educational support to individuals living with MS who
are new to therapy. MS LifeLines also includes reimbursement specialists who work with individuals to help them understand
their health insurance.

Fertility LifeLines®
Building on its commitment to develop patient-friendly products and services for people concerned about fertility health,
EMD Serono, Inc.offers Fertility LifeLines™, a free and confidential educational service that offers customized information
and support to individuals at every stage of the patient journey.

Connections for Growth® is a support service for patients using Saizen. Connections for Growth® is staffed by highly trained

provide personalized attention with complete confidentiality from the moment the first prescription is written through the
completion of patient therapy.
