Patient Support with the AXIS Center
EMD Serono offers patient support through the AXIS Center, which is a dedicated reimbursement, teaching and adherence support service for EGRIFTA® (tesamorelin for injection) and Serostim® [somatropin (rDNA origin) for injection] patients. The AXIS Center provides:
- A dedicated Reimbursement Case Manager to assist patients throughout the reimbursement process, including appeals and Patient Assistance Programs if necessary
- In-home or in-office injection training for patients
- Product Support Specialists available toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and reinforce proper product administration
- On-going educational materials and programs for enrolled patients
