Michael MacDougall is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EMD Serono.
In this role which he has held since 2015, he oversees legal affairs across the company.
Prior to his current role, Mike served as Associate General Counsel for Commercial in the company's global headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany where he led the legal teams supporting the company's Global Business Franchises and the Intercontinental Region. He first came to EMD Serono in 2007 as Associate General Counsel for Market Access and Commercial Operations.
Mike has more than twenty-five years of both in-house and law firm professional experience. He started his career in private practice at Sullivan & Worcester LLP in Boston.
Mike holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and a JD from Boston College Law School.
