Despite continued advances in treatment, the global impact of cancer takes a heavy toll, with an estimated 19.3 million diagnoses and almost 10 million cancer related deaths in 2020 alone.1
Our curiosity drives our goal to unleash approaches in cancer research, driving us to help transform care for challenging cancers.
We apply our scientific curiosity to tackling challenging tumor types in key areas —skin, renal, urothelial, and lung cancers — where there are unmet needs and where we believe we can help drive transformation of patient care.
Addressing the Challenge
We complement our scientific expertise through external collaborations with thought leaders in the cancer community — from industry, to academic institutions, to leading cancer centers and insights from patients and caregivers.
Since 2016, we have collaborated with more than 19 leading oncology patient organizations in the US.
These collaborations encompass activities such as disease awareness campaigns, production of educational materials and events organized by the patient community, digital health projects, data collection projects e.g. surveys, and insights collected from patients.
