As Senior Vice President, U.S. Oncology and HIV, Libby Horne is responsible for the U.S. performance of EMD Serono’s Oncology & HIV franchises and leads the marketing and sales organizations aligned to these therapies.

Libby has been with EMD Serono since 2020 serving in various commercial leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of US Fertility & Endocrinology and Head of US Fertility Operations. 

Libby brings a wealth of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including 10+ years at GSK, where she held commercial leadership roles across a range of therapeutic areas, major product launches, strategic planning and large-scale business transformation efforts. 

Libby started her professional career in consumer advertising for healthcare brands with Grey NYC. She holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
