As Global Human Resources (HR) Business Partner for North America and the Global Innovative Medicine Franchises, Sarah is responsible for translating business priorities into HR initiatives to support organizational design and development, talent acquisition and management, and performance and rewards.
Sarah is a tenured and dedicated senior leader who consistently balances both business and employee needs to achieve the best results. She has been with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany since November 2008, holding several senior positions in HR.
Since May 2018, Sarah has served as Global HR Business Partner for Healthcare Marketing and Strategy. Prior, she led the Life Science HR Business Partner team, as well as the HR Research Solutions Business Unit at MilliporeSigma.
Among her many achievements at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, Sarah played a significant role in the successful integration of the Sigma-Aldrich organization into the current Life Science operating structure.
Sarah is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) certification in Human Resources.
