Tim Golden is the Vice President of Business Excellence at EMD Serono.
In this role, he leads the team to inform and enable commercial brand strategies and drive exceptional performance through identification and communication of patient, customer, market, and brand insights. In addition, Tim is responsible for delivering strategic and operational support to maximize field team effectiveness.
Key functional areas reporting to Tim include Market Insights & Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Field Team Strategy and Planning, and Field Force Effectiveness.
Tim joined EMD Serono in 1994 as part of the Finance team and held positions of increasing responsibility, including leading roles in Financial Planning & Analysis and as Lead Controller for multiple therapeutic areas before transitioning to the commercial organization as Executive Director, Commercial Planning and Operations.
Tim holds a BA in Business & Economics from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Boston College.
