Troy Morgan is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for EMD Serono.
In this role, he oversees the strategic direction of EMD Serono’s comprehensive compliance program, which helps to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
He is a seasoned global compliance leader with extensive launch readiness experience, bringing to EMD Serono more than 20 years of pharmaceutical experience after serving in senior leadership roles at Sanofi, Biogen and GE Healthcare. Before joining EMD Serono, he served as the Global Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Bioverativ, where he was responsible for building a corporate compliance program supporting rare disease therapies.
Troy holds a JD and a Masters of Law from Pepperdine University.
