As Head of Global Labeling Strategy and Advertising and Promotion (Ad/Promo), Bob is responsible for shaping and executing global labeling strategies and overseeing advertising and promotional activities and providing a critical bridge between the US business and global strategies.
Bob has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to his role with EMD Serono, Bob served as the Vice President of Commercial Regulatory at Myovant Sciences, and was as Director in the Office of Advertising and Promotion at Merck & Co., Inc.
He also worked at the Food and Drug Administration for 15 years, serving as a Division Director in the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion.
Bob holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from North Carolina Wesleyan College and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Towson University.
