His responsibilities span market access, pricing, payer engagement, and patient support programs across fertility, oncology, and neurology.

With extensive pharmaceutical expertise in Customers, Market Access, Launch Excellence, and US healthcare system dynamics, John brings a holistic perspective to delivering patient-first solutions. He is committed to creating a frictionless, optimal patient experience by removing barriers to care and championing affordability.

John’s leadership includes forging strategic partnerships with the majority of key entities that comprise the US market access landscape, while advancing value-based care and value-based pricing models to align outcomes with cost efficiency. 

Under his guidance, EMD Serono has maintained its position as a leader in fertility treatments and successfully launched Mavenclad, while preparing for future U.S. launches that will expand access to innovative therapies.

He also drives innovation in pricing frameworks—including Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) models—and policy shaping to advance sustainable healthcare systems.
