Being patient-directed
Being patient-directed means going beyond the well-known concept of ‘patient-centricity,’ which is the process of designing a service or solution ‘around’ the patient.
In 2021, we evolved to a patient-directed approach, working with patients and caregivers to incorporate their perspectives throughout the healthcare lifecycle, shaping the way we design and deliver healthcare.
