Being patient-directed is one of the ways we are working to bring this purpose to life, because we understand that every decision and contribution we make in our work has an impact on the lives of patients and their caregivers.

We strive to embed patient perspectives into every aspect of our work, whether it’s through our Embracing Carers^® program or through our patient-directed approach to the discovery, development and delivery of treatments.

We respect the autonomy of patient and caregiver organizations and do not interfere with any policies, business decisions, or activities. We actively encourage a diverse mix of permissible resources for every project.

We believe true collaboration requires mutual respect, long-term commitment, and a deep appreciation for each partner's contributions. We recognize and welcome the diversity of perspectives within patient and caregiving communities and seek to foster inclusive, respectful dialogues where every unique experience is valued.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all interactions with patients, patient advocates, caregivers, and patient advocacy organizations comply with applicable laws, industry codes, and internal policies. As such, we never request, encourage, or incentivize any partner, thought leader, or community representative to promote, prescribe, or purchase our products.
